On Friday evening I did a wedding consultation not far from where this shot was taken, so I thought it would be a good opportunity to try and capture this interesting landmark that I have driven past many times.
So after I had met the prospective couple and hopefully sold my wears, off I set to try and capture this building which is currently the Cooperative Bank HQ which is highly visible from the motorway or local roads but less so when on foot. I tried a shot on a similar height as the building from some distance away ... but some how this didn't really work for me (you can see the other images on my Flickr account) so I decided the only way was to get in close which is easier said than done, as although there is a footpath around some of parameter of the building, there are tall trees right in front of that ..... also a lot of security fencing and cameras ..... oh yes ..I will get on crime watch yet ..!
