If you aren't getting my Blog updates in a timely fashion, and I know quite a few say they are not, you may want to look at RSS feeds and how they work.
Basically all as you have to do to watch a Blog and receive updates via RSS is use a "Reader" here is the link to do this for my Blog. Simple click on the title above or copy and paste the link from here to your browser :
http://marcbyram.blogspot.com/feeds/posts/default?alt=rss
If you want to know more about RSS:

There are a few ways to read these updates one is via "live bookmarks" which updates a bookmarked Blog in your browser, the other is to use a a Reader like the one free from Google:
http://www.google.com/reader/
