Food Glorious Food ...


I had the pleasure to photograph Brian Eccles and his wonderful food creations for a new and very exciting lifestyle magazine. Brian is the Head Chef at Bodidris Hall Hotel and restaurant well know for it's excellent cuisine. The two courses that Brian prepared for a summer theme was a mouth watering course ham hock & pea salad and for dessert a real work of art with his poached nectarine served with home made strawberry ice-cream. Unfortunately I only got the opportunity to photograph these two dishes but I am sure from the many comments I heard from those dinning was that the food is exceptionally good.
