The Benefit of Two Photographers ...

It is worth mentioning that I work with an assistant photographer during all my full day wedding shoots, and that this is more beneficial than working on my own.


The advantages of this include...

• Better coverage of the full wedding day, as two photographers can be in two places at once and capture the same scene from different angles.
• Faster and more efficient co-ordination of formal group shots.
• Faster arrangement of lighting and props: as there are more weddings held out-of-season, lighting becomes an issue as the sun sets earlier in the evening. An assistant will be able to help me re-arrange lighting where necessary while I prepare to take the shot.
• My signature "good night" shot will be set up with the assistant's aid, so all the couple need to do is step into place.
