That Wraps It Up

2014  at Marc Byram Photography started on 2nd January with a wonderful family portraiture shoot of previous wedding clients Emma and Chris with their lovely baby girl Molly. Couldn't wish for a better start to a year!

It doesn't seem five minutes since I was writing a blog article reviewing 2013!
2014 has been a very busy year, which means I have been a bit remiss this year at updating this particular blog, so there aren't many articles from last year either to help me here, but thanks to technology I have my images in date order to help me remember the highlights of a great year.

The year started off with a major exhibition of my fine art work, with the sale of prints and books from my BP RM MB 10 collection:

I was also all over the country this year with weddings, commercial work and also running photographic workshops. As well as my own studio workshops I did a large number of workshops and seminars for Calumet Photographic across the UK, introducing many photographers to portraiture, beauty, fashion, and also the very creative areas of light painting and UV photography.

On the more exciting part of my commercial work I had the pleasure to work with a few bands including Tiny Phillips and I produced the images for their debut EP:

Also some great fun with some hair fashion with a very 60's look:

The British Summertime is always guaranteed to bring challenges for location photography and 2014 was no exception to this:

As always, there were also lots of wonderful weddings this year:

I also had great fun shooting a charity calendar for Claire House Children's Hospice:

Finishing off 2014 we had some great Christmas portrait sessions:

So roll on 2015 as I have some very exciting things happening, especially I am now in a new studio:

So, wishing everyone a very happy and healthy 2015.
Marc;-)
